Data We Collect

When you use FULLVISION we collect:

• — Your business email address (used to send your magic login link and associate your assessments)
• — Your company name and process description (provided by you during the assessment)
• — Chat messages exchanged during the assessment interview
• — Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• — Browser session data (anonymous session cookie, language preference)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the FULLVISION assessment service: to run the AI interview, generate your report, send you your login link, and process your payment. We never sell your data. The only data shared for advertising purposes is what you consent to under Cookies, Analytics & Advertising below; if you do not give that consent, nothing is shared.

• — Stripe — payment processing (EU data transfers covered by SCCs)
• — Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — AI inference for the interview and report generation
• — Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — analytics and advertising measurement, only with your consent (EU data transfers covered by SCCs)

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@fullvio.com. We will respond within one month, as required by Art. 12(3) GDPR.

Data Retention

We retain your assessment data for up to 3 years after your last login, or until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

FULLVISION uses a session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) to maintain your login state, and a consent cookie to remember your cookie preferences. These are strictly necessary and always active.

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, traffic source, approximate location). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored.

With your marketing consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing tags to measure how our ads perform and to personalise the ads you are shown. These tags load only after you grant marketing consent; if you decline, they are never loaded and no advertising cookies are set. Where Enhanced Conversions are used, a SHA-256 hash of your email address may be transmitted to Google so that a purchase can be matched to the ad that led to it. We never transmit your email address in readable form, and the legal basis for this is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States under standard contractual clauses. Analytics and marketing are separate choices: declining one does not decline the other, and accepting one does not accept the other. You can change or withdraw either consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, as provided by Art. 7(3) GDPR.
