When you use FULLVISION we collect:

• — Your business email address (used to send your magic login link and associate your assessments)
• — Your company name and process description (provided by you during the assessment)
• — Chat messages exchanged during the assessment interview
• — Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details)
• — Browser session data (anonymous session cookie, language preference)

How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the FULLVISION assessment service: to run the AI interview, generate your report, send you your login link, and process your payment. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-Party Processors

• — Stripe — payment processing (EU data transfers covered by SCCs)
• — Amazon Web Services (Bedrock) — AI inference for the interview and report generation

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@fullvio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Data Retention

We retain your assessment data for up to 3 years after your last login, or until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax law.

Cookies & Analytics

FULLVISION uses a session cookie (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) to maintain your login state, and a consent cookie to remember your cookie preferences. These are strictly necessary and always active.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, traffic source, approximate location). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner; if you decline, no analytics cookies are stored. Data is processed by Google LLC under standard contractual clauses. We do not use advertising cookies and do not sell or share your data for advertising. You can change your choice anytime by clearing this site's cookies.
